SAPHIRE SCAMMED ME TO

At least I got some money back cause I did call and got hold of some snippy person ..and explained there was NO SUCH thing mentioned about automatically taking $99.00 from my account ! And OH are they quick to get your money because I called my bank to cancel and they couldn't do it because I gave Saphire permission..YA for $4.95 but they took more then that. I did get some money back after digging through the garbage to find used cartomizers (thank God I didn't throw away the original box...I wanted to tell them what to do with their box anyway but I'm not that kind of person but they were turning me into THAT kind of person.I got less then half back and I'm still so angry that a company can do this to you. There was NO SMALL PRINT to read from them. Snippy told me that I had 14 days to try it out then send back or they'd automatically do what they did.I told her THERE WAS NO SUCH THING MENTIONED!! I wanted to try them to see if I wanted to order more/went on-line to check prices and that's when I saw all this scam pop-up....If you want a good E-cig I've been with ELUMA CIG for a year and 3 months and quite happy with them and cheaper Thank You Stick it SNIPPY!!

Waiting for refund

Ii paid $4.95 also for shipping as well. They sent menthol instead of regular. I mailed the kit back june 1, 2013. They said 2 credits were sent to be full refund of $99 we were charged. Still no funds. I already reported them to the better business bureau. Tried to get media involved to exploit them and not having any luck. Extremely po'd. I am surprised i haven't seen anything about this company on the news.......... Not not happy. Keep getting the run around. These people just keep giving the runaround. It's a call center. Cannot get any info about the actual company. Tired of waiting for my money!!!!,!

I tried the trial version of Sapphire cigs. I was trying the cigs and to my surprise they sent 3 more shipments after that. After the first shipment I have tried and tried to contact Saphire cigs online and by phone. The phone listed on my bank account was a fake number. I have tried to contact them about where is my refund. I to date can't contact them. Then shipments were sent back and I'm waiting on a refund of over $125.00. I like most can't afford to loose money like this, especially when it is just buying a trial version. I need my money back

I stopped them before they could rip me off. The trial is for thirty days, and trust me when I tell you that they will take $99

out of your account.

What I did was cancel the membership about 10 days before the trial exspires.

Now, this is not a guarantee, that they won't try something "fishy", since they have your debit/credit card numbers.

I went to my bank, the day I cancelled membership, told customer service at my bank, that I was sure that I had fallen

vivtim to a scam.

My bank instantly closed my aaccount, so no-one could withdraw funds from that account. I received a new card, and the old account was closed. Only amount I lost was the $4.95 for shipping.

I emailed them to see if they wanted the e-cig and unopened cartridges back, never heard from them again. Now, when I shop online I use my PayPal account. It's a payment processor, I put my credit card info with Paypal.

they send the payment, and my credit card number is not on every place I shop online. My advice to all, if you shop online, be sure to read the terms of service, this could save you a ton of problems.

Saphire e-cigs free trial scam

This company, which goes by trysaphire, offered a RISK FREE, FREE TRIAL of its product for $4.95. I am extremely careful about signing up for so-called "free" offers or "trial" offers because there's usually a catch. However, on their original offer page, there was absolutely no mention of how signing up for this free trial would enroll you in a recurring program. You ONLY had to pay for shipping and handling because they were sure that if you tried their product, you would become a customer. There was a 60-day money back guarantee of the shipping and handling charges on top of that. I received the product, they charged me for the shipping and handling. The product came with an order receipt and nothing on there states anything about further charges to my credit card. And then, not even 2 weeks later, they charged my account another $99.67. I tried calling their so-called 24/7 customer service and the mailbox was full. When I went back online I found out that the Saphire link now led me to Regal Cigarettes. When I did finally find one website that still displayed Saphire, the fine print was now on the page saying that if you ordered their free trial, you were automatically enrolled in their "program". I filed a dispute notification with my bank and provided them with all of the background information about this company, all of the complaints, and an explanation of what had occurred. Luckily I was even able to show them how the websites had changed because I took a screenshot of the original offer. It took a while but the bank finally credited back the $99.67 into my account. Please note: Saphire, Regal, and a couple of other e-cig companies are all related. They were developed, it appears, by or as a result of a company called Vapor, Inc. based in Florida. I will never again order anything online unless it's through a site such as Amazon with whom I have never had any problems regarding ordering and returns and which allows you access to a representative through e-mail chat. What's so sad about these other online greed-driven companies is that many of them actually have a decent product that could sell itself but they choose to resort to trickery and deceit to get their money. They really should be prosecuted for fraud and misrepresentation if someone could just pin them down. When the complaints start flowing in, they just open up under another name it seems.

The only safe way to avoid these scams is to not give anyone your credit card number unless you are very sure they are legit. Cancel your credit card.

Get a new one. Tell the bank you are a victim of fraud, etc.

Anything to get a totally new card. And, of course, warn others of this company.

I have been scammed and I am pissed!!

I read the article on the ConsumerWeeklyTipz.com website and decided that as the article stated, for only $4.95 for the shipping and handling that I would go ahead and order the Saphire E Cig. I ordered it on August 1, 2013 and on August 2, 2013 this company took $148.00 out of my bank account. I am on a very fixed income due to being disabled and I cannot afford to have this kind of scam done to me. Now I don't know how to get the money back and they have my debit card number and I am going to have to go close out my account so that no other money is taken out of my account since I never approved this amount to begin with. I am totally pissed off and I need answers!!

I contacted the company at their 800 phone number and I did receive some relief from speaking with them. They did credit my bank account with most of the money that they had taken out of my account AND they sent me more cartridges free of charge.

I wish that they would have refunded the entire amount, but at least I did get some relief with most of a refund. :roll

Ditto Saphire Scam

The only thing that I would add is that the "free" product at $99.67 plus the $4.95 shipping charge is far above market value! I am still waiting for my credit card company to investigate. Their new website does show what you are signing up for but I too am very careful and wary and was not at all suspect of what I was doing at their original site. It was not in any way obvious that I had a further obligation. When the product arrived there was no information of returning the product or of future shipments.

Saphire E-Cigarettes Scam

I accepted their advertised offer which stated that the purchaser ONLY needed to pay for shipping and handling. There was nothing on that page that said that they would charge my account again or that I was enrolling in some sort of program. Neither was that stated in the documents that accompanied the product. All it said was that if I didn't like the product, I could call the number they gave and get and RMA number in order to return the product for a refund. I tried to call and the mailbox was full. I tried another number and the office was closed. I want my money back and their automatic charges stopped. They are unscrupulous and the sad thing is, they have a product that isn't that bad. I would have been willing to submit future orders but not now - not when they deal with customers in this manner.

are you kidding me? You clicked on one of those obviously fake ads and you gave them your credit card info?

Are you *** retarded? Didn't you notice the FAKE comments section where everyone is praising the e-cigarette but you can't reply or add comments or hit like or anything else, you know because its FAKE.

Stop supporting these fraudulent scam artists and you won't be getting screwed over. IT CLEARLY states that they will bill you every 30 days for $79.99 if u sign up.

Its FAKE!! It starts out by saying in the headline "E-cigarettes exposed" or something very close to that.

Those are ALL fake. Retard you got what you deserved.
